Customer Experience Manager

Job description

In the context of our development, Buissonniere is looking for a Customer Experience Manager based in Wavre.

The position responsibilities include:

  • Assure outstanding customer shopping experience both online and in-store:
  • Handle all online customer sales (payment screening, order management and returns)
  • Handle all after sales (online and in-store) related requests (via our mailbox, phone number, and social media). Align and communicate after sales policy across channels
  • Originate and organize in-store events on a monthly basis (find suppliers, communicate agenda, activity roll-out)
  • Simplify, edit and update backoffice Eshop processes alongside identifying the necessary Eshop developments based on customer feedback
  • Take the lead regarding all administrative related tasks within Buissonniere’s head office
  • Prepare work stream ahead of new collection launch (reference description, translation, price input)
  • Assure indirect procurement for head office and specific store furniture
  • Handle and follow-up with facility management’s suppliers

Searched Profile

  • We are looking for a person with a hands-on approach and a strong passion for retail
  • Perfect bilingual in Dutch and French (both written and spoken). This criteria is an absolute necessity
  • Fluent in English is a plus (both written and spoken)
  • Have an artistic sensibility with a good understanding of the brand
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Teamplayer and prepared to work in direct cooperation with founders
  • Initiative taker
  • Very good communication skills
