CONSULTYS BENELUX is looking for a Customer Supply Specialist to reinforce its Consulting team. As a consultant you will participate to a Customer Services project for one of our clients. For this particular project, the main objective is to ensure supply continuity to the client Markets including Rep Offices by tracking the production releases, creating delivery notes and following up shipments from Global Sales Organization covered by Global Customer Service teams.

As a specialist, you will take over additional responsibilities to represent the team in different projects and act to foster the internal collaboration with other departments.

Your main duties will be:

  • Build a strong relationship with local Supply Chain managers,

  • Be active and manage Markets queries by taking ownership/responsibility and liaising with the different internal departments if necessary,

  • Be proactive in identifying their needs and potential problems to continuously improve collaboration and provide the best possible service.

  • Create and maintain an excellent reputation with all internal business contacts,

  • Collaborate with applicable stakeholders: planning, logistics, commercial, finance, QA, master data team… as necessary,

  • Follow up on low cover items and proactively co-ordinate with Planning & Logistics operation to ensure timely delivery of products,

  • Act as intermediary between the client Markets and supplying sites,

  • Monitor daily open stock transfer orders for the client Markets and sales orders for Rep Offices,

  • Analyze latest market/country information to understand mid and long-term supply requirements,

Searched Profile


  • Customer Service oriented

  • Fluency in French and English, any other language is a plus

  • Functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes

  • Experience with any ERP, SAP is a strong advantage

  • Stress resistant, analytical, flexible, able to work independently, strong team spirit, excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focused

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience within the context of an international organization
