International Business Developer

Company description

Incize is a company offering characterization and modeling services of devices and materials used for RF applications. Incize also provides radiation hardness test services. We work with foundries and fabless companies around the world.

=> We offer tests on what will become wireless chips. For now we are essentially in the communication industry but our new business developper could be in charge of developping this service in the automotive industry or IoT.

We are currently 8 full-time employees and are interested in growing and expanding our SME.

Job description

Incize, a Belgian hi-tech/R&D start-up, is looking for a candidate who is majoring in Economics and Management or Marketing.

The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced and innovative/hi-tech environment, and will rapidly gain a broad experience in various aspects of marketing, business development and relationships building.

This is a full time job that requires high levels of dedication and discretion. The candidate has to engage to a strict confidentiality practice.

There will be 6-8 business trips per year, going to meet potential clients all over the world.



  • Develop business relations with clients and prospects.
  • Market study and identify business opportunities and prospects in these markets
  • Establish contacts and develop relationships with prospects
  • Maintain relationships with existing leads
  • Manage digital marketing including LinkedIn, YouTube, MailChimp, etc.
  • Help in the day-to-day tasks of the start-up ( Administrative etc)

  • Bilingual in French/English

  • Accuracy, precision, availability and punctuality

  • Able to practice discretion when handling confidential information
