We are back with our second ask the recruiter blog post.
IT & internal controls auditor
PwC provides professional services in the audit, tax and consulting domains. We’re part of a large international network and are the global leader in our sector.
At PwC we're looking for people who dare to question how things are done and look for better solutions.
People who like challenges and see opportunities even within constraints. Because that's the only way to set new benchmarks.
As an IT & Internal Controls Auditor, you understand that data and technology are the true engines of today’s organisations. IT systems not only process all transactions that end up in the financial statements, but these systems are also a key differentiator of successful companies.
In your role, you’ll analyse and evaluate internal controls in IT, business processes and more to support annual financial statement audits.
You’ll also help clients improve their internal control environment and optimise their ERP systems (or implement such systems), and carry out diverse assignments focusing on compliance, internal audit and data analysis (e.g. process mining). As a result, you’ll gain a complete understanding of the client’s organisation and discover how companies succeed.
- Have a master's degree in (applied) economics, business engineering or computer sciences, possibly via a second master's degree.
- Graduate this academic year.
- Are interested in business processes, internal controls, data analytics and IT.
- Are a born team player and are keen to take initiatives. You have a critical, analytical mind, are client-oriented and an especially good communicator. You're keen to keep on learning and developing, with a view to continued growth.
- Are fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English.
Then you could be the person we’re looking for!
There is flexibility to work in either of our various offices, but your location will depend mostly on the client you're working on.
You'll be part of a company that is member of an international network where, each day, teams look for the best solutions for their national and international top clients. You'll receive an attractive compensation package, including a company car, a laptop, a smartphone, a hospitalisation and group insurance and lots of other benefits. We furthermore invest significantly in additional education and training. If you are hired, you will start in August 2018.
