Junior Customer Engineer
SWIFT Customer Support mission is to ensure our customers are able to use our products and services in an efficient and effective way, and thus create customer satisfaction.
As a member of the Customer Support Services team, you will be part of an organization that is delivering a world class support function.

In your role you will provide support for complex technical issues faced with our products and added-value applications serving the Swift community and you will play an active role in coordinating global support initiatives with our regional support delivery centers.
Your responsibilities will be to
Gain understanding of SWIFT customer business.
Troubleshoot technical issues
Drive product evolution, primarily on how to improve product usability, supportability and operability
Build collaborative networks with key stakeholders with the regional support centres
Coordinate global initiatives with the regional support centres.
Conduct analysis of our support centers data to drive continiuous improvements to our support processes
University degree in engineering, computer science.
Do you have what it takes?
Strong analytical skills
Technical knowledge and skills in the following areas : Operating systems : Microsoft Windows (2008 Server, Vista, Windows 7) and UNIX (IBM AIX, Oracle (Sun) Solaris, HP-UX)
Good communication skills
Fluent English writing & speaking skills required
Team player, willing to work in a multicultural environment
Pro-active mindset and effective approach to achieve objectives
