Job description

The objective of the management trainee program is to identify potential future management candidates for our operations by following an 18 months training schedule. During the training you will meet the people you will be working with, acquire an overview of UPS and learn our day-to-day approach. In essence real-life experience is coupled with stays of several weeks or months in different functions of the organization through a well defined program. The purpose of the program is to prepare you to assume responsibility-filled positions at UPS including, where possible, assignments to foreign countries

Searched Profile

We are looking for ambitious graduates or young potentials with following qualities and skills:
- Education degree: Bachelor or Master
- Maximum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent knowledge (verbal and written) of English added with a good knowledge of French or Dutch
- Able to work independent and be flexible
- Leadership potential
- Strong organizational skills
