As a Sales Representatives you are responsible for identifying potential customers, proposing effective and innovative sales solutions that address a customer’s radiopharmacy issues and challenges, and finalizing sales contracts. You will work in a group of engineers, chemists and customer service representatives, and will be a part of the department of Radiopharma Solutions (RPS).
The ideal candidate will possess a verifiable record of success with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals:
* Maintains product knowledge around IBA’s technologies and factors influencing the market environment;
* Demonstrates organizational and proactive follow-up abilities;
* Delivers technology presentations to potential customer;
* Demonstrates teamwork through sharing of best practices and working with cross functional teams;
* Implements company initiatives into sales territory;
* Builds strong partnerships with all RPS and other IBA departments groups;
* Reports sales opportunities and issues;
You have a University Degree or equivalent by experience;
You are willing to broaden your knowledge and follow appropriate and regular trainings;
You are a driven, proactive and hands-on individual;
You are able to organize your work autonomously and to take initiatives;
You are a team player with very good communication skills;
You have good client facing skills;
Given the international context, you have excellent oral and written skills in English;
You are willing to travel up to 40% of your time, also during weekends.
