The Barn is a start-up in BIO-alimentation, bringing food directly from farmers to consumers. Our main purpose is to bring people closer to healthy food by valuating farmers in their sustainable activities.

We opened our second store in Saint-Gilles in february 2019 and are looking for great people!

Job description

Manage up to 10 collaborators and make them grow in a fantastic work environment

o   Enhance collaborators’ skills with monthly individual coaching sessions

o   Lead by example

Manage a department like a real entrepreneur

o   Analyse and adapt the product mix

o   Manage inventory

o   Place orders

o   Analyse and improve commercial activity

o   Delegate and give responsibilities to other collaborators

o   Coach collaborators

o   Tight collaboration with suppliers

o   Manage your department on a daily basis

Participate in strategic management decisions for the shop which you will manage as a micro company autonomously
