We are looking for a digital seeker to deliver top digital users’ experience across the whole customers’ journeys and serve our customers, in an omni-channel strategy, across digital, mobile and physical channels.

Our Proximus team is searching for your profile!

Possible responsibilities, in function of the team you'll start in:

  • Identify the concrete needs and expectations of our customers and translate them into concrete digital touch points and experience
  • End-to-end responsible of the online sales and after-sales of Proximus products and services
  • Define the customers’ journeys for delivering an optimal digital end to end customers’ experience on the Proximus website, respecting the omni-channel strategy
  • Manage and take the lead on specific projects and new products releases, in close collaboration with various teams (Marketing, Communication, Branding, e-Transformation teams…), acting with a pro-active and hands-on attitude.
  • Translate new products release into actionable and simple applications or pages, helping customers to find and order the right product adapted to their needs.
  • Responsible for attracting traffic on the web site, stimulate online sales, analyse the ongoing digital marketing campaigns and take new actions if needed in order to reach optimal results.
  • Write detailed business requirements, design the wireframes and define the content of the pages or application to develop (for all types of devices from mobile to desktop).
  • Remain well informed about "best practices" as well as digital trends, technological evolutions and the solutions of our main competitors
  • Obtain the necessary technical knowledge about the platforms and systems that we are (about to be) using and you determine together with IT (or an external partner) the most cost efficient and future proof solution.

  • Responsible, you work independently, able to make your decisions and to take responsibility.
  • Organized, you are able to work on multiple actions and projects at the same time.


  • Bachelor/master (Marketing, Digital, Innovation, e-business)
  • You are a marketeer and have a first experience (max 2-3 years) in online sales, digital marketing and social mediaYou are aware of the latest SEO / SEA trends and have the knowledge to intelligently apply the latest remarketing, social media and other trends in a concrete work situation. You have a good knowledge of project and product management
  • You have experience in website management (digital knowledge, Web / App, responsive / native design, Axure, ...)
  • You have the ability to understand the technical aspects of the internet. Always eager to learn (interest in new products and new technologies, "digital native").


  • Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English, you are able to participate and interact in multilingual meetings
