There is a significant opportunity to join a step out innovation and venture team within a major corporation, operating in the field of automotive and industrial lubricants.
The innoVentures team is looking for interns, who will be part of an innovative team, which has been running successfully for over four years building up several emerging businesses as well as an investment portfolio covering automotive and industrial sectors.
With their investments, they bring their supply chain relationships, global industry networks and extensive engineering resources to really help push great ideas through to businesses and consumers.
The team is looking for two User Interface Designers, who will work as part of a team on designing Web-based interfaces. They will need to consider all aspects of the user experience, such as target customers, goal of the interface, etc.
The ideal candidates are students who wish to apply their specific skills and expertise in a progressive and challenging environment. They should have an eye for clean and artful design and possess UX/UI skills.
They will work as part of a team in translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Work as part of a team to develop UX/UI based interfaces.
Collaborate with other members of the innoVentures team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product/service direction, visuals and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to senior team members.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Present ideas and solutions to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related areas.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Proven UX/UI experience.
Demonstrable experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Good organisation skills and the ability to work in teams.
Adaptive to change and can respond quickly and positively to revised scope and direction of activities.
Demonstrate high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
Willingness to be part of a progressive group of like-minded individuals searching for new ideas and developing new business models.
Have a track record of successful teamwork with ability to work cross functionally.
