Babilou is een groep van kinderdagverblijven, actief in Vlaanderen en Brussel. De groep Babilou is 15 jaar geleden ontstaan in Frankrijk en is sinds 7 jaar actief in België. Job description
Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot, die graag telefoneert, mailt en uitblinkt in opvolging? Dan is dit de geknipte job voor jou!
Jouw takenpakket ziet er uit als volgt:
- Telefoon opnemen (voornamelijk in het Nederlands en Frans, soms in het Engels)
- Registreren van aanvragen van ouders
- Beantwoorden van vragen van ouders via telefoon en mail
- Input van gegevens, alsook controle van gegevens
- Administratieve opvolging van onze verschillende crèche-locaties
- Opvolging van HR-administratie
- Facturatie naar ouders
- Opvolging van betalingen
- Planning van de crèches beheren
- Beheren van de algemene mailbox

- Je bent Nederlandstalig, kennis van Engels of Frans is een pluspunt

- Je bent empathisch en vriendelijk
- Je kan duidelijk communiceren
