Job description

1. Content creation – writing blog posts and material for social media channels - 25%

2. Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and other strategically relevant social media. Driving engagement of Dolce La Hulpe Brussels and promoting digital opportunities - 30%

3. Customer relations – the Community Coordinator Trainee is responsible for customer support through the social media.  He is also responsible for answering any online guest comment and other feedback from Tripadvisor and other dot coms allowing direct online feedback - 25%

4. Communications/marketing strategy – the Community Coordinator Trainee is responsible for creating a strategic marketing/communications plan on social media - 10%

5. Analytics – Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives - 10%


This role is based in La Hulpe, Belgium

Searched Profile

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce or online marketing, ideally within a Digital Marketing or Online Travel Agency environment
Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Insight etc.) is an advantage
Previous experience in consumer-led marketing and social media in particular is a plus
Fluency in spoken and written English, French and Dutch is essential
High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
