Community Management and Inbound Marketing (summer or September)
Stumber is a platform where communities’ members can meet upon common interests.
Through announcements or profile matching, members are able to find people around them sharing the same wills or needs and meet in real life in order to share, exchange or simply enjoy their passions together.
We are Stumber, a social network where students can match upon common interests and later organize get-togethers to share these interests they have in common. The app is already available on Android for college students in Belgium having more than 3000 active users in less than 1 month. Now we need to work this community out and gain new “Stumbies” on the platform. We are looking for somebody to help our startup get awareness on our target market and improve our user acquisition and retention strategies.
I’m not another guy in the corner
We value initiatives, therefore any initiative or ideas from our interns are warmly welcomed and they will be directly integrated in the creative and decision processes. We are also expecting them to be autonomous and make calls.
Who the heck is Stumber?
We are located in an incubator in the heart of Brussels, Belgium. We are a bunch of 5 experienced guys (but not that old eh!) in the fields of IT development, design and marketing (online, offline).
Ok, but then what I’m gonna do?
Well it’s pretty simple : manage the already existing community ON and OFF Stumber. Indeed, we’ve gathered students from all across the country on our platform, we’ve got to make sure they enjoy themselves there and they understand fully how can Stumber improve their lives.
How we do it
We are following methodologies of development and strategies as the agile and lean ones. We are experts in “growth hacking”, term used to understand and come up with the best marketing, business and product development strategies to make our startup and products grow in no time, the most effectively possible.

– Journalism, communication or marketing and business related studies
– Interested by the startup world
– Knowledge of marketing online and community management
– Idea generator
– Capacity to deliver
– Interested by startups and tech companies success strategies
– Initiative taker (!!!)
– Work hard, play hard mentality ?
