DIGITAL MARKETING / GROWTH HACKER INTERN (1 - 6 months)
‘JOB SWAP’ is a fast growing start-up located in Brussels. Our mission is to disrupt employment mobility.
What it means:
We built a matchmaking platform (web & mobile) for people active on the employment market (employees, freelancers, consultants, interns, business owners etc). Jobswap matches people and offers 2 main benefits:
- Geographical mobility: people can either decide to swap jobs to work closer to home, or they can do the exact opposite: cross borders seamlessly and work in a different city or even country.
- Skill increase: this means that people cannot only swap jobs within the same company, they can also swap jobs for similar positions at other companies. The aim of our business is to make people happy and more engaged at work by providing them with professional flexibility which will also enrich their experience and competencies.
Job description
What we are looking for: A Marketer/Growth hacker or just a creative person with:
- a creative approach when it comes to building and applying marketing strategies
- an out of the box mindset
- a tech-savvy appetite (someone who is up to date with the usage of new tools and techniques to make their work more effective)
- organisational skills (someone who works in a structured way and who can easily track the result of the work that they are procuring)
- plenty of ambitions and persistence.

- You will be in charge of creating different marketing strategies and applying various approaches in order to build the community (future users of Jobswap).
