Dans un contexte de croissance, la société Winnie’s Picks, jeune marque belge spécialisée dans la peinture par numéros pour adultes, recherche un ou plusieurs stagiaires.
Créée en 2018, Winnie’s Picks est en plein développement stratégique, une période exaltante pour tout entrepreneur. Le produit-phare étant la peinture par numéros spécialisée (le client peint ses propres photos), le marché est spécifique et plutôt original. Présente principalement en ligne, l’objectif de Winnie’s Picks à moyen terme est de s’imposer comme référence en la matière sur le marché nord-américain.
Job description
Notre Junior Marketeer aura un rôle prépondérant et participera activement à notre stratégie de croissance.
- Développement des stratégies visant à générer des conversions sur le site
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux
- Elaboration des campagnes Facebook et Instagram ads
- Suivi du SEO et du SEA
- Gestion des partenariats influenceurs
- Suivi de l'A/B testing sur le site
- Penser "out of the box" pour créer et implémenter des actions marketing et des actions digitales
- Suivi le budget marketing
Searched Profile
- Etant présent principalement sur le marché US, ton anglais doit être optimal, surtout à l’écrit (niveau C1 minimum)
- Tu es disponible pour 3 mois minimum.
- Tu es dynamique, ouvert d’esprit et généralement de bonne humeur (ça aide toujours !)
- Tu es pragmatique et n’as pas peur de prendre des initiatives
- Tu es à l'aise avec les chiffres
- Tu as l'esprit analytique
- Nice to have: attrait pour la création de contenu multimédia
- Nice to have 2 : affinité pour les arts créatifs
