Created 3 years ago, PYCO Consulting is skyrocketing. In order to keep leveraging its annual employee growth above 200% we launched a Recruitment Platform in May 2017. This new platform aims to support all subsidiaries around the globe in their digital recruitment efforts.

Through a paid internship for a period of 6 months up to one year, you will be among a young and dynamic team of 5 Digital Recruiters . Located in Brussels, you will work in direct collaboration with managers in our several subsidiaries (USA, South Africa, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy). 

Job description

Your main objectives will be:

·      Collection and analysis of the managers ‘digital needs

·      Writing and publishing the different job offers and follow-up on the job boards

·      Sourcing, hunting and the development of a network of specialized digital candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks

·      Identification and qualification of potential candidate

·      Administration of applications through the entire recruitment process

·      Set up and administration of search agents

·      Pre-selection interviews through phone calls

·      Interview planning with managers

·      Weekly reporting with your team

The perfect candidate:

·      Good communication skills, leadership, dynamism

·      The ability to identify talents and let them grow

·      Digital is in your DNA

·      You are studying or finishing a Master’s degree

·      You ideally have had experience in a similar business line or environment

·      You are fluent in English, French or Dutch is a plus

·      You must have the desire to join a fast growing company, it will be challenging


Searched Profile

Experience in sourcing/recruitment is a real plus
