Position Summary: The eCRM intern will be responsible for the development, implementation & reporting of effective digital campaigns for Pernod Ricard Belgium.
He/she is a high-energy team player with a creative mindset that can think strategically and leverage a first experience in digital. He/she will have a drive for analytical and measurable execution, and a passion for current digital/data trends.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Develop best-in-class digital/experiential eCRM marketing. Amplify brand content through digital platforms to increase brand equity, salience and/or advocacy. Work on the digital campaign strategy and implementation together with Brand teams, including identifying critical points within the Consumer Decision Journey. Translate business objectives and brand purpose into digital concepts and content. Ensure that all assets developed are optimized for Mobile and SEO.
Nature & Scope:
This position will work within the Marketing team with multiple internal stakeholders on local and global level. In addition, manage relationships with third parties, such as agencies. This position involves practical, hands-on delivery with a focus on tactical execution. Must someone who can operate as a technical project manager and solve problems creatively – often for "clients" who aren’t well-versed in digital opportunities.
Demonstrate a high degree of self-sufficiency. Drawing on a good understanding of digital marketing and more specifically eCRM.
- Master's Degree or Third bachelor
- A first experience in digital marketing and Marketing automation tools like Exact target (SFMC).
- A comprehensive understanding of best practice in web design and development (no need to be a programmer).
- Experience working with third party digital agencies or content creators.
- Understanding of how to take an idea and make it come to life on the right platforms, right formats and distribute to the right targets.
- Strong sense of ethic is a must.
- Experience with Photoshop, HTML/CSS skills or other content creation skills is a plus.
