Job description

This is a great opportunity for a student with a strong interest in human resources.

We offer a chance to work within an internationally minded HR team where you will be directly involved in international HR management while being  located in Belgium.

Depending on your interests, we could have you contributing on different types of projects, to be defined together.

The typical activities are as follows:

Assist in managing yearly programs such as performance management, merit review, talent review, etc.

Provide support to the HR BP in recruitment process and training initiatives,

Assist with special projects based on business needs and HR roadmap,

Schedule, plan and coordinate meetings, interviews and conferences,

Maintain HR files current and accurate, update the HR information system, and prepare HR reports as requested,

Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and signed copies are included in the personnel file,

Provide support to the HR Business Partner EAM as requested.

Searched Profile

Currently studying towards Bachelor or Master’s degree

The position requires an ability to handle confidential information while demonstrating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.

The position requires autonomy, initiative, efficiency and organizational skills

Good command of French and English
