The Centre for Creative Leadership is seeking an Intern (full or part time) to work with the Human Resources Manager and the Global HR Team. You will be responsible for assisting the team with the tasks below including contributing to special projects as assigned. This internship will include some admin tasks as well as some great HR experience during your internship in a busy and stimulating HR department.
- Assist in end to end recruitment
- Record all resumes and personnel documents in HR electronic files
- File physical HR records in HR filing cabinet
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Scanning and emailing HR documents
- Create Employee packs
- Coordinate Induction appointments
- Create interview appointments
- Creating job advertisements
- Phone screen applicants
- Data Entry and general administration
- Complete appropriate paperwork for new and exiting employees
- Assist with special projects and other duties
