The Degroof Petercam HR Team is looking for energetic and passionate students to do meaningful work and make an impact on our business.
The internship Human Resources offers you the opportunity to contribute to our Human Resources business goals and provide you experiences in core HR areas such as employee relations, learning & development, talent acquisition and employer branding.
The duration of the internship will be for a minimum of 3 months full time.
HR assignments that you may work on:
- communication plan summer academy (internal training session) ;
- participants subscription on different training sessions;
- develop program young talent;
- organizing our induction day;
- preparing and organizing training sessions for our Degroof Petercam Summer Academy;
- support and organizing internal conference twice a month;
- project management.
Skill sets utilized and further developed during the internship include presentation skills, team working, leadership, analytics, and building insights into action.
