Open Collective Brussels (OCB) is a non-profit (ASBL) acting as an enabler for easy citizenship activation. It lends its registered name, bank account, address, financial transparency tools and crowdfunding platform to citizen groups (mainly activist groups and socio-cultural activities), enabling them to quickly set up a collective online, raise funds and manage them transparently.
Support daily management of OCB: integrate new collectives, ensure the administrative follow-up of collectives, develop new templates and contracts,...
Develop a growing network of open collectives in Brussels: lead the community of collectives, including the invitation to participate in events organised by OCB, identify new potential partners.
You will be supported by OCB project leaders and administrators.
Experience in the field of the social economy and/or local development of Brussels is an asset.
Knowledge in business management (also: Office and GSuite knowledge)
Knowledge in digital marketing
Knowledge in Law and finance (knowledge related to the functioning of an ASBL and a cooperative is an asset)
Your personal qualities: good analytical skills, social skills, good organization; team spirit while demonstrating operational autonomy; initiative; pedagogy; interest in the social economy.
