Customer Success is critical to Preesale's success. You will be responsible for defining and executing an easy process for getting customers onboarded, ensuring their enjoyment with our products, and driving renewals and upsells. You own existing B2B customer growth and churn management within Preessale. You will belong to the Sales department for alignment on how customers will reach their goals on an ongoing basis.
Our customer Success is a b2b focused and very much about personal relationships, ability to architect process, and the design of use cases which will show the world how Preesale can help employees build a daily practice of mindfulness . You should be ready to roll up your sleeves, and delight each customer.

Some B2B market development experience?
An attraction and preferably experience with organizing large events or interacting with events organizers
Experience in building strategic use cases which will become playbook for top companies
