International Mobility Support

Job description

The International Mobility platform is built around enabling mobility in compliance with our ethics. With a duty of care to over 500 expatriates, the Int’l Mobility team is constantly taking into account the evolution of individuals’ needs and expectations.

You will join a dynamic team of 9 people, in Solvay Campus Brussels, Solvay’s Headquarters.


Main tasks:

  • Handle administrative tasks: agreement follow up, medical care affiliation, personal file update 
  • Calculate exchange rate protection or benefits indexation
  • Collection data for tax return
  • Manage expense for expatriates
  • Provide reports, analyze and assist International Mobility Coordinators in the management of individual expatriate files.



Searched Profile

Your profile:

Fluency in English, have proven records of excellent written and oral communication,
Genuine customer-service and detail oriented,
Able to take initiatives, resourceful and problem-solving oriented,
High data integrity with the ability to work in a professional and confidential environment.

This is a 6-month mission that will start on January 2nd 2017.
