Job description

What is the ideal employee experience in today’s workplace? How can we drive more positive employee experiences?

With 2000 employees in its 8 countries, the Air Liquide North Western Cluster is focusing on better understanding and improving the employee experience: an holistic view of life at work, requiring constant feedback, action, and monitoring. Reporting to the Cluster NWE employee experience designer, your mission is to identify innovative ways to capture feedback from employees all along their journey at Air Liquide.

You will be in charge of defining an innovative process to constantly capture employee feedbacks according to key stakeholders expectations (gathered through interviews/workshops), and benchmark of existing approaches/tools available on the market and within the Air Liquide group. In addition, you will create an Employee Experience toolkit for managers and HR professionals including the different Employee Experience initiatives. You will also work on a communication plan around the Employee Experience program.
