T4M est un bureau d’ingénieurs-conseils actif dans le tertiaire et l'industrie, basé dans le centre de Bruxelles. Les missions au sein du bureau sont diverses :
Rénovation d’installations techniques (chauffage, climatisation, ventilation, électricité, éclairage,…)
Audit énergétique, monitoring énergétique et optimisation de régulation
Contrôle de maintenance des installations techniques
Expertise
Recherche, notamment dans le monitoring énergétique des installations et dans le développement de système de détection automatique d’anomalie.
T4M est engagé par la nature de son métier contre le réchauffement climatique et compense son empreinte écologique en soutenant l’action de l’ONG ‘’Graine de Vie’’.

Job description
T4M propose des stages pour de futurs ingénieurs. Les missions proposées pendant le stage peuvent être la réalisation d'audits énergétiques, de cahier des charges, de mesures in situ, d'analyse de données de monitoring, ainsi que toute mission dans le cadre de la PEB (performance énergétique des bâtiments).
