Your will be part of the R&D Proton Therapy (PT) Program team within the Project Management Office. The mission of this team is to ensure visibility and deliverables within Time/Cost/Budget of R&D Projects, which may or may not result in clinical releases. The projects are transversal, impacting any part of the product: From the beam production, to the beam delivery in the treatment room, including HW and/or SW subsystems.
As an intern, you will be asked to create and put in place a strong risk management process, for every Proton Therapy R&D projects.
The intern will be asked to:
Understand and compare triggers/ins and outs of every ongoing/future R&D projects
Identify and list every type of risk that can arise during the life of any of these projects
Create a standard way to evaluate every risk that is met during the management of the project and build a scoring scale, which assesses the:
Impact of the risk (Cost - Scope/Quality - Time)
Probability of the risk
Integrate the mitigation plan, built to avoid/reduce/accept the risk
Search and propose for a value table that positions every score with a related impact for IBA, in different points of views:
Technological & Technical impact
Define standard action plans and governance to be applied to each of these defined values/scores
Integrate/Develop an aggregate “Risks” view, of all R&D projects, giving a global idea of possible impacts
Profil recherché :
You have a bachelor degree in engineering (e.g. BioMed engineering, Computer Science, Electronics)
You follow a master degree in Project Management and Risk Management methodologies
You are interested in an experience in medical devices field;
Excellent use of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an asset;
Excellent communication skills.
