Sales & Marketing Strategist
Lancr is an app for freelancers to find the best deals for their professional purchases: from leasing contracts and insurances to specialized software. A freelancer should find everything he needs on our platform, at better conditions. Our app can be used for free by every freelancer.
We also position our app as a workforce benefits platform for larger organizations. For them, we build a separate app completely in their branding that they can offer to their fixed employees and freelancers as a way to create loyalty and support. This platform includes both deals negotiated by us and content that the organization uploads itself, like events, trainings and articles.
We are a young startup that started in September last year. Thanks to succesful partnerships with large enterprises, we have already been able to reach product/market fit, so we are ready to grow further. That's why we need your help! As an intern at Lancr, you will get all the freedom to build our story together with us. You will sit in the driver's seat next to us and have a chance to have an impact on our company's strategy. On top of that, we are based in Antwerp, without doubt the coolest city in Belgium. 😎
As a Sales & Marketing Strategist, you are responsible for developing a new go-to-market strategy for professional associations (e.g. Order of Lawyers, Medical Professions…). By transforming our app in a white-label version (logo, colors…), these associations can offer all our negotiated benefits to their own members.
- You identify customer segments and rank them based on their potential value.
- You develop a sales strategy to get in touch with these associations in a scalable way.
- You develop a marketing strategy to generate inbound leads from these segments.
We are looking for Bachelor or Master students that are looking for a first experience in sales and marketing.
