SEARCHING & TEAM SUPPORT :
-To support the Recruitment team in recruitment activity: manage the cv's coming in via our own website or any other partner jobsite, manage search agents, … Be able to select appropriate candidates and give an objective feedback to the team on the selection that has been made.
-Pre-screening of certain candidates to check out if they are entitled to come for a (phone) interview.
-To manage the agenda of the team.
-To manage and do the follow-up of the temporary workers documents in case of sikness or holidays.
-Collect all entering phone calls and dispatch them within the team.
-Co-ordinate interviews. This includes: taking candidate availability, providing agencies with availability, tracking attendance, liaising with other internal staff, and sending candidate confirmation.
-CV administration : Create candidates' files in our database in order to prepare the interview and to update our database, manage cv updates, …
-Take responsibility for updating and distributing the vacancy list on a daily/weekly basis.
-Update the student data-base
- Publication of all new jobs on the various jobboards we work with.
- Be the back up of the back office assistant when needed
- Welcome candidates and assist them when they come to our office for an Interview. Assist them with the referral forms.
- Distribute, scan and archive interview assessment forms.
- Office management: manage meeting rooms, facility management,( download the gsm of the team, change supplies when needed) …
- Other tasks may be required to assist with other duties performed within the resourcing team as required by the manager.

-You have a Bachelor diploma in Office Management / Human Resources / Administration or you have a equivalent experience.
-You are interested in Human Resources en legal
-You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French and English.
-You are organizationally strong and you are able to set priorities.
-You are accurate and you have sense of precision.
-You are communicative .
-You are flexible and you are a team player.
-You are enthusiastic and dynamic.
-You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook.
