Thecasting.eu est une plateforme spécialisée dans la mise en relation entre photographes/vidéastes et mannequins. L'équipe est composée de 5 personnes dont la moyenne d'âge est de 30 ans dans les villes de Bruxelles, Lille, Paris. Notre objectif est de développer notre plateforme dans le Benelux et dans d'autres grandes villes européennes.

Quel sera votre rôle ?
Nous vous proposons de qualifier les besoins des clients, de répondre à leurs questions et de les orienter en fonction de nos différentes prestations. Ainsi, vous pourrez soutenir l’activité du service commercial en répondant aux mails entrants, en assurant une permanence téléphonique et en préparant l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires à la réalisation de l’événement (devis, fiche technique…).
Egalement, vous aurez la possibilité d’enrichir notre base de prospect et de mettre à jour notre CRM.
Enfin, vous pourrez participer au développement de la stratégie commerciale. Nous apprécions les collaborateurs F/H curieux et force de proposition !
