We zijn op zoek naar een stagiair(e) E-commerce operations en customer care.
Ben jij helemaal mee met online (webshop)trends. Als E-Commerce operations stagiair(e) ondersteun je dagelijks de behoeften van de webshops van onze klanten.
Je kan mee het team ondersteunen en werken aan diverse spannende projecten om zo een bredere e-commerce ervaring op te doen. Dit omvat (maar is niet beperkt tot) het assisteren bij site development, content set up, customer care en dit op de verschillende online kanalen waar de klanten op vertegenwoordigd zijn als web, social, marketplaces, search, display, mailings, …

Je bent vertrouwd met content management en web building systemen en platformen zoals Woocommerce
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Flexibel en in staat om te multitasken
- Hands-on met een 'can-do' houding
- Commercieel ingesteld
- Klantgericht denken in het bieden van oplossingen
