As a trainee, you will join the Recruitment, Learning and Development Team of HeidelbergCement Benelux. You will act as a Junior Learning and development specialist and be in charge of the learning and development activities of one specific business line.
You will analyze the development needs together with the respective HR business partners and line managers. You will ensure that L&D processes are in place and you will draft, propose and complement the development plans at collective and individual level.
You will help improve the management training tracks (Senior, Middle and Supervisor training track). You will be in charge of the launch of new groups and you will organize their 360° feedback.
You will participate in HR projects as Employee Satisfaction Survey, Development of Young Potential Program, and development of E-learning modules.
Of course, we will coach you along your traineeship journey. This position is also open for part time students or young graduated candidates with a Master’s Degree.
