In this traineeship mostly focused on recruitment you will assist the Country Recruiter with the recruitments of the 3 Aspria Wellbeing & Sports clubs. You will also assist the HR team on HR related matters (hard and soft HR). You report to the Country Recruiter.
Recruitment & selection of employees and trainees
You assist the Country Recruiter in all recruitments requests related to employees, interims, trainees (from job description, advertising, answers). Depending on experience you carry out interviews.
Personnel administration and payroll coordination
You assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department. You maintain and manage the personnel files (CV, contract, ...) and establish the social documents in liaison with our social secretariat + Dimona.
You ensure the payroll officer receives all necessary information (entry/exit flow of personnel, sickness records, holidays, ...) to ensure payroll is processed smoothly each month.
Induction of new employees
You take active part in induction program for new employees (preparation of induction binder, presentation of working rules, badge, name tag, ..)
You assist the senior team for training enrollment and coordination + manage the training employee file.
You are studying Human Resources Management (bachelor or university degree),
You have a good knowledge of Belgian social law,
You have a very good command of French and English (Dutch a plus),
You have a good sense of details,
You are autonomous and proactive,
You are professional, mature with a propensity for multi-tasking,
You are customer-oriented, discrete.
