Job description
L’association ACDI Action Citoyenne pour un Développement Intégral t(ACDI) propose des stages de psychologie dans des CHU/CHR, cliniques ou des orphelinats.
Le domaine de la psychologie est relativement nouveau au Togo. Encore quelques années en arrière, il n’y avait aucun psychologue dans les hôpitaux.
Aujourd’hui, il y a un petit nombre d’entre eux, surchargé de travail et très peu payés et reconnus. L’aide des volontaires est très demandé pour les aider dans leur travail en hôpital mais aussi pour former du personnel dans des cliniques rurales.
Nous proposons aux psychologues bénévoles de travailler dans des centres de soins ou hôpital.
Vous apporterez vos connaissances et échangerez sur des nouvelles pratiques avec le personnel local. Votre travail consistera :
• Aider le personnel dans l’hôpital, entre autre :
o Aider à évaluer l’état psychologique des patients du VIH/SIDA et à leur attribuer un traitement correspondant.
o Travailler avec un neuropsychologue pour des cas spéciaux.
o Aider en service de psychologie générale pour les consultations quotidiennes et suivi des patients.
• Apporter des conseils et avis aux femmes dans des cliniques rurales des alentours, sur des sujets tel que la sexualité, la grossesse et mettre en en place un programme de planning familial.
• Travailler dans un orphelinat accueillant des enfants en marge de la société. Les volontaires aident les enfants à se concentrer sur leurs devoirs et à les faire évoluer dans leurs comportements en société. Ils travaillent aussi directement avec la responsable de la structure pour le former à des méthodes de psychologie.
• Former des encadreurs des enfants dans les structures d’accueils
