Je …
- Assisteert samen met collega’s het interne IT-park.
- Installeert en onderhoudt onze diensten bij de klant: security, online back-up, cloud computing, MFP, website, Microsoft Office 365, … Meestal telefonisch vanuit ons kantoor in Brussel, soms bij de klant zelf.
- Bent mede-verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, het onderhoud en de aanpassingen van en in het interne IT-park.
- Analyseert je op regelmatige basis de kwaliteit van de producten en diensten die we aanbieden.
- Volgt projecten en planningen nauwgezet op
- Denkt en handelt proactief. Je stelt de klant gerichte vragen, toont begrip en reikt oplossingen aan.

- Een technische allrounder met kennis van servers, datacenters, netwerken, Windows, basis Unix, Exchange, VPN, Switches, routers, Vlans en Office 365

- Zelfstandig en nieuwsgierig
- Analytisch en stipt
