Job description

You will help our Talent acquisition officers in their daily work:

  • Source candidates for urgent recruitment needs & manage their application
  • Publish our offers on Job boards (Stepstone, Linkedin…)
  • Contact candidates and perform short phone interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • In charge of the full administration recruitment cycle (the candidates input in our database, the follow-up of their recruitment process until they sign.) 


Searched Profile

  • You are a student looking for a 4-6 months internship in HR/Recruitment/Admin 
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a visible team spirit
  • You like to take initiatives and be autonomous in your daily work
  • You are available immediately
