The Belgian Chocolate Makers est une boutique de chocolat en plein centre de Bruxelles. Nous faisons tout notre chocolat sur place et nous organisons des ateliers chaque jour. Nous vendons aussi en ligne (www.chocolaterie.brussels), aux entreprises (B2B) et à l'export.

Nous sommes une petite équipe de 4 personnes très motivées. Nous avons ouvert notre atelier et boutique chocolate en juin 2020.
Job description
- Accueil des clients et vente en magasin
- Réassort dans les rayons
- Gestion et encodage du stock sur le site de vente en ligne, en parrallèle au stock magasin
- Emballage de certains chocolats
- Prise en charge des arrivages des ingredients et des emballages. Enregistrement des livraisons selon normes AFSCA.
- Préparation des photoshoots des nouveaux chocolats.
- Préparation des commandes en ligne, Uber Eats, Deliveroo
- Réception des participants aux ateliers chocolat
- Gestion du point colis pour UPS, PostNL et GLS
Searched Profile
- Etre capable de parler Français et anglais (Néerlandais souhaité mais pas obligatoire)
- Bonne présentation
- Fibre commerciale (une expérience en vente serait un atout)
- Intérêt pour le chocolat et le service aux clients
- Sens de l'humour et de l'organisation
- Ponctualité
- Motivation

Possibilité de rémunération avec Actiris via un contrat de stage First, un contrat alternance ou une convention d'immertion professionelle (CIP). Egalement possible contrats de stage via Eurodyssey et Erasmus+.
