Job description

Your responsibilities in Recruitment:
• Searching for candidates through job boards
• Selecting candidates that match with the requested profiles
• Contacting candidates to organise a first interview with the recruitment team
• Testing their knowledge of French, Dutch and English by phone
• Preparing the necessary documents for the first interview with the recruitment team
• Welcoming of candidates
• Following/observing the first interviews with the candidates
• Taking care of the follow up of the candidate’s tests
• Being involved in several ad hoc tasks, such as: participation in job fairs, contacts with High schools and Universities etc.
Your responsibilities in HR:
• General HR administration
• Helping with the organisation of our company events
• Sharing ideas for our marketing/branding (goodies, communication etc…)
• Being in charge of ad-hoc communication (orally and written)
• Participating in the creation of our monthly newsletter (translating and/or writing articles…)
• Organisation of (in-)company trainings
• Updating the HR database with the yearly evaluation outcome
• Following up the Great place to work survey
• Ad-hoc HR related tasks

Searched Profile

Our ideal trainee:
• Is a last year student Bachelor in Office Management or Human Resources
• Is fluent in Dutch and French and has a very good command of English
• Is a great communicator
• Is a flexible and dynamic team player and not afraid to take up responsibilities
• Has a good sense of organization and takes initiative
