Job description
We zoeken doorlopend studenten die elkaar willen aflossen voor korte opdrachten (avond, weekend, namiddag) ifv beschikbaarheid en noodzaak. De student zal het onthaal van Mundo-a bemannen, een duurzaam kantorencentrum voor verenigingen rond duurzaamheid en sociale thema's.
Het takenpakket is divers:
- ontvangen en doorverwijzen van gasten naar de juiste zaal
- helpen met audiovisueel materiaal, klaarzetten van vergaderzalen
- administratieve taken
- logistieke taken (orde en netheid, sleutels, stockage...)
- ...
De studenten worden gecontacteerd wanneer er nood is aan een vervanging of permanentie.
