ARCHETYPE is launching its first line of premium haircare products through a crowdfunding campaign. As our Business Operations & Logistics Intern, you will help organize the engine behind the beauty — bringing clarity, structure, and efficiency to our brand as we prepare to deliver an unforgettable launch.

You will assist the founder with task coordination, supplier communication, packaging follow-ups, delivery planning, and more. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly — from Notion dashboards to real-world product logistics.

This is a great role if you love seeing ideas come to life and want to experience how a brand is built behind the scenes :)

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive student who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to creative projects.

You’re someone who naturally pays attention to detail, enjoys managing checklists and follow-ups, and gets satisfaction from making things run smoothly. You are curious about how a brand operates behind the scenes — from supplier coordination to logistics planning. You’re confident working with organization tools and feel comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with external contacts. You’re reliable, independent, and eager to learn what it really takes to bring a physical product to life — and into customers’ hands.

Fluency in English is very important :)

Although this is an unpaid internship, you’ll gain a complete view of what it takes to launch a beauty brand from scratch — and the critical role of operations in making it happen.
