Job description
Jouw functie als chat operator is het online verder helpen van websitebezoekers op de websites van de klanten.
Als live chat operator heb je het eerste contact met websitebezoekers en ben je een volwaardig lid van het verkoopteam omdat je actief bijdraagt aan het verhogen van de verkoopresultaten.
Je bent flexibel inzetbaar waarbij afwisselend overdag, avonduren en weekenden zijn inbegrepen.
Het grote voordeel van online werken is dat het vanuit thuis kan en je dus geen reistijd meer hebt!

Specifiek 2de of 3de jaars studenten, Bachelor of Master niveau
Nederlands en Frans , schrift en woord
Je moet snel en accuraat kunnen typen.
Dit zal bepaald worden via een typetest.
Je kan gelijktijdig meerdere chat gesprekken voeren.
We offer
Basis salaris van 10 euro per uur met een interessante bonus.
Naast een uitgebreide training tot chat operator, kan je rekenen op professionele ondersteuning en coaching 'on the job'
