Job description

You will join the Customer Success Team to support the onboarding of our new clients.

This will require you to

  • Import data imports for new clients
  • Follow our procedure to create “ready to be imported” files when data arrives from the competition
  • Clean-up the database when needed

 

Eventually, you may be asked to further update our Chatbot with new information or new GIF that you would need to create.

Searched Profile

You are a student at the University or at High School. You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch. You can work autonomously and you are rigorous.

You are an advanced user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and you are interested in IT, for example, you would not be afraid to run a script. On top, you are open and would not be afraid to call a client to ask some precision while cleaning a data set.  

We offer

We offer flexibility (up to an average of 16h per week), experience, and fair compensation in Brussels.

Remote work possible but will prefer work from the office.
