- Vous réceptionnez les appels entrants des affiliées et êtes capable de les diriger vers vos collègues ;
- Vous ouvrez les dossiers et effectuez le suivi administratif ;
- Vous êtes en contact avec les différents prestataires de service ;
- Vous venez en support aux équipes en place.
