Job description

We are looking for hands-on and proactive students to join our team. While this position is based in Antwerp, all NAFTrading employees are currently working remotely until further notice.

This person will have a great opportunity to bring their marketing knowledge into this entry-level role to build upon and develop skills that will carry through their career. The Growth Marketing Coordinator will be involved in a variety of campaigns for NAFTrading products across platforms and provide support with administrative duties that ensure smooth flighting and execution of each initiative.

Things you will learn and implement:

  • Help coordinate Growth Marketing Strategies onboarding and approvals
  • Support the integration of Global Growth Marketing tools for Activation team needs
  • Assist in establishing best practices, guidelines, objectives, and standards associated with the Global Growth Marketing campaign operations
  • Work cross-functionally to help establish and refine processes
  • Manage the PO and invoice processes to track media spend across campaigns and partners
  • Review and QA media plan updates and creative, preparation for delivery across the internal team
  • Assist in building and activating audiences across internal tech-platforms
  • Assisting in creating a fun, safe, healthy and community-focused company culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability
  • Regularly report on key email KPIs and progress toward goals as well as improvements or testing.
  • Coordinate basic media buys such as radio, OOH and digital
