Tijdens de kerstperiode zoeken wij een host of hostess om in de Proximus winkel van Oostende klanten te ontvangen.
Dit is een tijdelijke opdracht van een paar dagen in een Proximus winkel in de winkelstraat.
Job description
· Geïnteresseerd zijn in de producten, packs en diensten van Proximus om de klanten te kunnen helpen
· Op een pro-actieve wijze de klanten aanspreken
· Je geeft demonstraties van verschillende producten en diensten van Proximus aan de klanten
· Je beantwoordt de vragen van klanten, je wekt hun nieuwsgierigheid/interesse op en je entertaint de klanten
· Potentiële klanten oriënteren naar een verkoper
· Deel uitmaken van het team, je beperkingen kennen : indien je niet zeker bent of je hebt de info niet, kan je het best vragen aan de verkoper of de shop manager
· Bepaalde administratieve activiteiten in verband met de werking van de shop uitvoeren die niet gelinkt zijn aan de verkoop om te zorgen voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de shop
