Our job is to help them hire the people who build and scale digital products: Engineers, Product Managers, and GTM talent. The three functions that make or break a scaleup. Now we're looking for a student who wants to discover that world!
Who you are
You're curious, entrepreneurial, and a little obsessed with how technology companies grow. You don't wait to be told what to do. You experiment. You figure things out. And you like discovering new tools, not because someone told you to, but because you genuinely enjoy finding smarter ways to work.
What you'll be able to brag about
When someone asks what you did during your student job, you won't be talking about admin tasks. You'll be saying things like:
- I sourced and screened candidates for real open roles, and some of them got placed at the perfect job.
- I wrote LinkedIn outreach that people actually replied to. First try.
- I sat in on intake calls with tech founders and understood what they were really looking for.
- I helped build a candidate database the team is still using.
- I rewrote a job posting and made it better. They used my version.
- I learned more about the Belgian tech ecosystem in a few weeks than most people do in three years.
You'll fit right in if you:
- Are studying HR, psychology, business, communication, or something in that space
- Are genuinely curious about the tech scaleup scene in Flanders
- Write and speak Dutch and English with confidence
- Are proactive. You ask questions, follow up, and get things done
- Love experimenting with AI tools and have a bias toward figuring things out yourself
- Can come to our office in Berchem roughly one day a week
Practicalities
- Student contract, preferably minimal 1 month availability, min. 2 days a week
- One day per week from our office in Berchem (Antwerp), rest is flexible
- Small team, real responsibilities from day one
