Job description

 Job as an Extra in Banqueting Department according to seasonality

 

Ensuring customers satisfaction providing high quality banqueting services and setting up the service areas in a correct and precise way

  • Taking care of service equipment and areas and ensuring they are constantly clean and in optimal working order.
  • Setting-up function rooms and equipment for events including but not limited to banquets, receptions and coffee breaks according to the functions and the daily sheets.
  • Ensuring the correct linen and equipment is brought in the service areas and that everything is ready for service
  • During service, bringing dishes, drinks and equipment as required by the Maître d’Hôtel, the “Premier Chef de Rang”, the “Chef de Rang” and/or the “Demi Chef de Rang” and ensuring the assigned area is kept clean and works in an optimal way.
  • Before, during and after service, removing, cleaning and storing service equipment
  • Before, during and after service, ensuring conference rooms, kitchens and service areas are maintained in a clean, orderly state to enhance and facilitate operations.
  • Collecting customer feedback through various means including but not limited to written communication, oral communication and the satisfaction questionnaire.
  • Ensuring bills are signed by the customers at the end of service.
  • Ensuring all service is performed according to the standards of Radisson BLU.
