Organiseert activiteiten voor 6- tot 30-jarigen
vertrekt vanuit de persoonlijke interesse en achtergrond van de deelnemers, waarbij hun eigen inbreng centraal staat
Hoe maak je tandpasta? Wat aten onze voorouders? Is er water op Mars? Waarom houden Finnen van de sauna? Wil je weten wie, wat, waar, waarom, wanneer en hoe ... dan zoekt JCW samen met jou het antwoord aan de hand van een leuke mix tussen cultuur en wetenschap.
Job description
Voor het kamp in Brussel: Van Aap tot Robot zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste vrijwilligers die interesse hebben in cultuur en wetenschap en graag in het jeugdwerk staan :-)
Datum: van zondag 1 juli tot vrijdag 6 juli 2018
Dit kamp is voor 8- tot 12-jarigen en gaat door in de VUB Campus Etterbeek + Brussel.
Plaats overnachting: Jeugdherberg Bruegel, Brussel (slaapplaats en eten is dus voorzien)
Het kamp Van aap tot robot gaat over de evolutie en de geschiedenis van de mens en Brussel. Van een bezoek aan de Dino's, de mummies tot een bezoek aan een fablab in de VUB waar de niet de dino's maar robots tot leven komen. Het programma is zo goed als af, dus er is niet veel voorbereidend werk meer aan. Een wetenschappelijke achtergrond is ook niet nodig.
