THINK.DIGITAL, our latest pillar! At our digital department the SKY IS THE LIMIT! We have an in-house team of programmers who will be called in for data collection activities as well as for the development of microwebsites, the maintenance & management of Social Media channels, the making of advertising films & advertisements.

However, the heart of our business is THINK.PEOPLE! That’s our recruitment & headhunting department that has fully specialized in sales, marketing and administrative profiles. Our clients use our headhunting or payrolling service whether or not supplemented with a personality test, a competence test or an assessment. Every year our team of consultants receives more than 3.500 applications; we see more than 32 candidates per week. THINK.PEOPLE takes care of our employees’ career guidance. For example, a lot of students start as a Sales promotor at Think and Go. They take advantage of our retail and sales trainings, after which they get to work in our merchandising service or store-in-store service, once they are graduated.
