Weenect est le leader de la géolocalisation familiale. La marque propose une solution composée de traceurs GPS connectés à une application smartphone. Quatre traceurs sont disponibles, un pour chaque membre de la famille : enfant, sénior, chien et chat.
La société est aujourd'hui composée d'une équipe de 35 personnes et compte plus de 100 000 traceurs vendus depuis sa création.
Job description
LE CADRE DE LA MISSION :
Au sein d’une équipe pluriculturelle et étudiante sous la responsabilité de la directrice commerciale
DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE :
Répondre aux appels des clients Gérer les réabonnements sur notre plateforme
Générer des avis clients sur les réseaux
Prendre en charge les clients insatisfaits
Gérer les avis clients sur les réseaux et augmenter les notes (Trust pilot, Amazon…)
Searched Profile
Vous êtes super volontaire, Vous aimez convaincre et vous avez le sens du service
Vous avez envie de rendre nos clients heureux
Vous êtes à l’aise sur les réseaux et sur la bureautique
Allemand courant indispensable
Maîtrise du pack office
