The Mug est un espace de coworking situé en plein cœur du Quartier européen, à côté de l’Abbaye de la Cambre à Bruxelles, et sur la Grand Place d’Enghien.
Depuis 2015, la mission du Mug est de créer des espaces de bureaux partagés à taille humaine, accessibles financièrement et humainement; des lieux professionnels mais sans prétention, où se retrouvent des indépendants, employés, travailleurs à temps partiel et même des professions libérales; des espaces de travail lumineux où l’on puisse se concentrer, se challenger, qui soient bourrés de bonnes ondes et qui sentent bon le café moulu.
The Mug rassemble aujourd’hui plus de 200 membres réguliers et se perfectionne chaque jour pour répondre au mieux à leurs besoins.
Job description
La team du Mug est à la recherche d’un maillon fort, qui soit un vrai atout en matière d'informatique. Les tâches principales qui vous seront confiées sont:
- vous installez et configurez du nouveau matériel,
- vous effectuez les migrations du matériel existant vers d'autres domaines,
- vous êtes amené.e à vous rendre auprès des utilisateurs internes et assurer le support/la maintenance du matériel migré,
- vous accompagnez les utilisateurs finaux dans l'utilisation de l'équipement et des logiciels,
- vous prenez la main à distance, intervenez sur place, diagnostiquez et résolvez les incidents,
- vous vous occupez des différentes sauvegardes,
- vous gérez les connexions à différents périphériques,
- vous gérez les systèmes d'Anti-Virus,
- vous disposez de connaissances approfondies de Microsoft Office 365 (Office + Exchange),
- vous réalisez des mises à jour,
- vous êtes, au besoin, apte à installer différents réseaux (Câblage, VPN & Firewall Zyxel).
